RELIGIOUS EMPHASIS COMMITTEE
shall develop and encourage programs of spiritual observance in all phases of The American’s activities in keeping with the Preamble to the Constitution of The American Legion, and its established ritual, and shall promote clerical recognition of patriotic enterprises while strengthening opposition to irreligious groups.

Selection and Department Award
Committee will select winners and present awards at Department Convention Memorial Service on July 15.
