American Legion Membership Application Form


Join The American Legion

If you are interested in joining the American Legion Department of Illinois and have served at least one day of active military duty during the dates marked below and was honorably discharged or are still serving honorably, please fill out the form below.  All fields must be completed, as noted. so we can process your application. 

Our present annual membership dues are $30.  You will NOT be billed until your application is approved by the Department of Illinois membership staff.  You can call us at 309-663-0361 if you prefer.
